You will taste a cuisine unique in the world made of exceptional raw materials such as the famous hazelnuts. Our territory is really a microcosm of different environments where man and nature coexist for centuries and that we try to treat with extreme respect for the earth and animals.

In our estate live in fact dogs, horses, donkeys, sheep, a cat, a hen, a goat and a pig that are our life companions and the joy of our little guests. Ours is a “slow” philosophy made of organic crops, clean energy and respect for the natural rhythms, with which we would like to take you to appreciate this immense gastronomic, cultural and naturalistic heritage, which should be tasted calmly to really absorb colors, scents and tastes.
